Hatco HWBHRN-11QT Description
For fabricating a specific steam table layout, the 11-quart Hatco HWBHRN-11QT drop-in heated well measures 125/16 inches in diameter by 959/100 inches high and can be installed into a circular cutout between 111/8 and 119/16 inches in diameter. EZ locking hardware is included to expedite installation. This top-mounted unit's resilient, corrosion-resistant aluminized and stainless steel housing withstands high-volume use.
Operators can preset the Hatco HWBHRN-11QT heated soup's infinite switch control once the pilot light is ignited to hold soups, chilis, curries, or sauces at safe serving temperatures for extended periods. The control panel is connected to 36-inch-long lead cords so it can be installed at a distance to simplify operation. Because it lacks a conduit and control box enclosure, components are simple to service.
