Hatco HDW-1BN Description
Because the Hatco HDW-1BN drawer warmer is a single-drawer configuration, it's ideal for low-volume holding and preventing flavor contamination. Operators can adjust temperatures with the thermostatic controls as items change and holding requirements evolve, and its temperature monitor provides a precise temperature readout for operational oversight. Users can also control moisture levels by adjusting the sliding vents to improve air circulation. To minimize heat loss in cool settings, the drawer's top, sides, and base are fully insulated.
To simplify pan loading and retrieval, the Hatco HDW-1BN drawer warmer is mounted on stainless steel drawer slides with nylon rollers, and it can be pulled out fully so the included standard food pan can be lifted from the unit without being tipped. As a narrow model, this unit measures 20 29⁄50 inches wide by 29 4⁄25 inches deep by 10 7⁄8 inches high and can be installed into a 19 7⁄10-inch-wide by 28 3⁄8-inch-deep by 10 1⁄8-inch-high wall cutout to save floorspace and create a cohesive look in kitchens. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, withstands high-volume use, and is simple to wipe clean.
