Hatco HDW-1B Description
To save floorspace and enhance kitchen presentation, this Hatco HDW-1B standard drawer warmer can be installed into a 283/8-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 101/8-inch-high wall cutout. This single-drawer unit features nylon drawer rollers for smooth opening and closing. Its holding compartment accommodates an included full-size 6-inch-high food pan, and because the drawer can extend fully, this pan can be lifted without tilting. This 291/4-inch-wide by 244/5-inch-deep by 107/8-inch-high stainless steel unit resists rust, corrosion, and wear from high-volume use and is simple to wipe clean.
To warm prepared foods for serving, operators can adjust the Hatco HDW-1B drawer warmer's temperature with the recessed thermostatic control panel, and a temperature monitor provides an accurate display. Its vent slides can be repositioned for improved air circulation, and because its top, bottom, and sides are insulated, it preserves generated heat for improved energy efficiency. To simplify turning the unit on and off, a power switch is built on its front.
