For flexibility on buffet lines, self-service areas, and pass-through stations, the Hatco HBG-6018 countertop warming shelf can hold hors d'oeuvres, prepared meals, and to-go orders at safe serving temperatures over a short period of time. Operators can modify the thermostatic control between 100 and 195 degrees Fahrenheit, and heat spreads evenly across the ceramic glass surface. Because this material is food safe, contents can be displayed directly on the surface for an upscale presentation. Staff can monitor the power status at a glance since its power rocker switch illuminates when the unit is on.
The Hatco HBG-6018 heated base glass shelf measures 603/10 inches wide by 183/10 inches deep by 63/20 inches high, is positioned on 4-inch legs, and is portable for simple repositioning and removal. Its ceramic glass surface sports a neutral black look to add an upscale flair to buffets, hotels, and restaurants without overwhelming more decorative pieces. Because of its long, rectangular configuration, the ceramic glass surface is separated into two equal-sized glass pieces that create a seam in the middle—great for displaying two types of food on one surface. During ordering, operators can select a Designer black, Designer white, or stainless steel trim mounting ring.
