When it needs to be repositioned on buffet lines or self-service stations, this portable warmer can be removed.

For short-term holding, the Hatco GRSSR-18 heated shelf can be adjusted between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements change. Its blanket-type heating element disperses heat evenly across its circular surface to ensure contents are held at safe serving temperatures. When this unit is in use, its on/off rocker switch illuminates so staff can quickly determine if the unit is powered on..
