To enhance pizza and hors d'oeuvres presentation, the Hatco GRSSR-16 Glo-Ray® heated stone shelf features a stone-like night-sky black Swanstone® surface. Because this material is food safe, contents can be placed directly on its surface. This 16-inch-diameter by 2²⁹/₅₀-inch-tall unit elevates product on buffet lines, pass-through stations, and self-service areas and includes a 6-foot cord for versatile positioning.

The Hatco GRSSR-16 simulated stone portable heated shelf can be adjusted between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure food items are held at safe temperatures over short periods of time. Its blanket-type heating element distributes heat evenly across its circular surface to reduce the risk of cold spots, which could affect food quality. So operators can quickly determine the unit's power status, it features an on/off power rocker switch that glows during use.
