The Hatco GRSSR-16 simulated stone heated shelf's temperature can be adjusted to a set level between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostat to ensure product remains at safe serving temperatures. A blanket-type element directs warmth across the unit's surface in a uniform manner to eliminate harmful cold spots, and employees can quickly determine the unit's power status because its power rocker's switch illuminates during use.
