An integrated blanket-type foil element distributes temperatures evenly across the holding surface to ensure consistent quality. Its night sky black Swanstone® construction resembles stone for a sleek, high-end look that can hold food directly because of this material's food-safe surface.
To fit flush on buffet tables, pass-through areas, and hors d'oeuvre displays, this Hatco GRSSB-7218 simulated stone heated shelf measures 735/8 inches wide by 195/8 inches deep by 227/100 inches high, fitting metallic countertop cutouts as wide as 7287/100 inches and as deep as 1887/100 inches. This unit includes a flush-mount thermostatic control box with angled stainless steel controls that resist rusting and corroding and are recessed to reduce the risk of accidental adjustment. Because its rocker switch is illuminated during use, staff can quickly determine the unit's power status.
