Great for holding pizzas or trays of warm pastries, the Hatco GRSR-15 shelf warmer accommodates pans as large as 15 inches in diameter. It's designed for countertop or drop-in installation, measuring 163/4 inches in diameter by 323/25 inches high overall. This unit comes in a variety of Designer colors that operators must specify when purchasing.
To withstand high-volume use, resist corrosion, and streamline cleaning, the Hatco GRSR-15 heated shelf top and housing are made of durable stainless steel. It features an on/off rocker switch with an indicator light that notifies operators when the shelf is in use. So users can modify temperatures as holding requirements change, this unit's base is thermostatically controlled.
