The Hatco GRS-60-D Glo-Ray® heated shelf has an adjustable thermostat so users can set it depending on the product. Designed with a blanket-type element for even heating, the unit keeps hot, cooked food warm until it is served, and it can be placed on buffet lines, in pass-thru areas, or on work surfaces. Because the shelf has fiberglass insulation, it maintains the set temperature without a high risk of heat loss. The top is made of stainless steel, while the base is made of aluminum—both materials provide strength and corrosion resistance.
