Hatco GRS-42-L Description
Great for introducing an additional heated surface to workstations, pass-thru areas, and buffet lines, the Hatco GRS-42-L heated shelf features a freestanding 42-inch-wide by 251/2-inch-deep by 53/8-inch design. For stability, its extruded aluminum base is fitted with four nonslip rubber feet that are 4 inches tall, elevating the base so employees can clean beneath it. To-go orders, packaged meals, and food pans can be displayed on its rust- and corrosion-resistant surface.
For short-term holding, the Hatco GRS-42-L countertop warming shelf is heated with a blanket-type foil element that distributes heat evenly. Fiberglass insulation retains surface heat, while the thermostatic control enables staff to adjust the temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit as menus change. To streamline operation, this unit is built with a straightforward power switch that glows during use.
