Built to merchandise food pans, the Hatco GRHDH-4P Glo-Ray® heated display case features a clear tempered glass exterior with a stainless steel and aluminum frame. Customers have a full view into its incandescent-lighted cabinet, and the bulbs' shatterproof design protects displayed foods from glass shards. For use on countertops in cafeterias, supermarkets, and gas stations, this unit measures 58¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 25 inches high and is furnished with adjustable legs that prevent wobbling. Although its base is heated, its exterior remains cool to protect countertops from damage. Its customer- and employee-facing glass doors create a streamlined self-service system.

This Hatco GRHDH-4P heated display case combines top and bottom heating with humidity to ensure foods are held at serving temperatures without sacrificing texture. For specific holding temperatures, operators can modify the shelf's base from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit via a thermostat. A pre-focused, top-mounted infrared heating element directs heat toward the shelf's outer edge—a prevalent area for heat loss. The humidity chamber includes a 6-quart water reservoir that produces ample moisture for as many as four full-size food pans. Overall, the shelf measures 54 inches wide by 21¹/₂ inches high.
