By combining heat and humidity, the Hatco GRHDH-4P Glo-Ray® heated display case creates a safe holding environment that retains foods' original textures. The shelf's heated base can be adjusted from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a thermostat, while a pre-focused, top-mounted infrared heater moves heat toward the shelf's outer edge, where most heat escapes. Its humidity chamber includes a 6-quart water reservoir that creates the moisture needed to prevent foods from becoming dry. Overall, this 54-inch by 21¹/₂-inch shelf accommodates as many as four full-size food pans.

Built for durability in convenience stores, cafeterias, supermarkets, and delis, the Hatco GRDHD-4P heated display case's stainless steel and aluminum construction resists corrosion and is simple to wipe clean. The base's exterior remains cool as the unit heats to avoid countertop damage. Its clear tempered glass front and sides ensure customers have a full view of merchandised product, while incandescent lighting highlights its interior for optimal visibility. Employees can insert fresh foods or food pans through the rear sliding glass doors, and customers can access their product of choice through the front glass doors. Overall, this countertop unit measures 58¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 25 inches high and is furnished with adjustable 4-inch legs.
