Hatco GRHDH-3P 45 1/2" Full Service Countertop Heated Display Case - (1) Shelf, 120v

As many as three food pans can be stored on the Hatco GRHDH-3P Glo-Ray® heated display case's 41-inch-wide by 21¹/₂-inch heated shelf. This shelf's base can be modified to produce and maintain temperatures between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit via a thermostat, while a top-mounted infrared heating element focuses heat toward the shelf's outer edge, which is where most heat loss occurs. By generating constant bottom and top heat, these components reduce cold spots that could affect food quality. This cabinet includes a humidity chamber with a 3-quart water reservoir that generates the moisture necessary to preserve foods' original textures during long-term holding.

While the Hatco GRDHD-3P display case's clear tempered glass front, sides, and rear sliding doors lend a full view of merchandised food pans, shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs illuminate the cabinet. Customers can select their purchase by opening the cabinet's front doors, and employees can insert fresh foods through the back's sliding doors to create a convenient pass-thru system. For countertop use in supermarket delis or in convenience stores, this aluminum and stainless steel cabinet measures 45¹/₂ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 25 inches high and is fitted with 4-inch adjustable legs. To protect countertops from heat damage, its base remains cool as the shelf is warmed.
