Hatco GRBW-42 43 1/8" Buffet Warmer, Sneeze Guards, Light & Heated Base, 208 V

With its three-food-pan capacity, this Hatco GRBW-42 Glo-Ray® buffet warmer can be incorporated into temporary serving stations at weddings or banquet halls or can be a supplemental station on buffet lines. This unit's compact 43-inch-wide by 22¹/₂-inch-deep by 20³/₄-inch-high design fits on a countertop, while its clear anodized aluminum finish is compatible with most decorative themes and is simple to wipe clean between uses. To improve product visibility and protect against airborne particulates, it's fitted with three shatterproof incandescent light bulbs and two transparent plexiglass sneeze guards.

The Hatco GRBW-42 countertop buffet warmer generates top and base heat for even warming. Because this unit features an open design, heat often escapes near the shelf's outer edges. The top-mounted heat system is prefocused toward these edges to minimize heat loss and temperature fluctuations. The hard-coated heated base's thermostat is adjustable between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing holding requirements, and this unit accommodates short-term holding of prepared foods.
