For the short-term holding of two 12.75-inch by 20.75-inch food pans, this Hatco GRBW-36 countertop buffet warmer produces top and bottom heat to eliminate cold spots and achieve even results. To minimize temperature fluctuations, prefocused infrared top heat concentrates elevated temperatures toward the shelf's outer edges—where heat loss is most common because of the unit's open design. For controlled warming, the hard-coated heated base includes a thermostat that can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Hatco GRBW-36 buffet warmer measures 37 inches wide by 22.50 inches deep by 20.75 inches high for countertop placement or use on temporary foodservice lines. Top-mounted incandescent lights enhance product presentation, and their shatterproof bulbs protect displayed dishes from bulb breakage. Two transparent plexiglass sneeze guards shield foods from airborne particulates to create a safe serving environment, and guests can serve themselves by reaching beneath the buffet-style panels. To match cafeterias, event venues, and buffets, this unit sports a clear anodized aluminum finish.
