Hatco GRBW-30 Description
As a buffet-style countertop unit, this Hatco GRBW-30 Glo-Ray® buffet warmer can be incorporated into foodservice lines or temporary self-serving stations. This 31-inch-wide by 22 1⁄2-inch-deep by 17 3⁄4-inch-high unit accommodates two 12 3⁄4-inch by 20 3⁄4-inch food pans for low- or medium-traffic settings. For versatile styling, its clear anodized aluminum finish fits vibrant or neutral interiors and is simple to wipe clean between uses.
To enhance product presentation, this Hatco GRBW-30 countertop buffet warmer's two top-mounted shatterproof incandescent bulbs highlight the base, while two transparent plexiglass sneeze guards shield merchandised items from airborne contaminants without obstructing views of the pans. For short-term holding, its top and base generate heat simultaneously, and the top metal-sheathed element moves heat toward the holding surface's outer edges to minimize heat loss. Operators can adjust the hard-coated base's temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostat.
