To ensure prepared dishes are held at safe serving temperatures, the Hatco GRBW-30 buffet warmer's thermostatically controlled hard-coated base can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A top-mounted metal-sheathed element concentrates prefocused infrared heat toward the holding surface's outer edges to reduce heat loss; together, these heating systems generate ample heat to warm two 123/4-inch by 203/4-inch food pans.
Compatible with buffet lines and countertops, the Hatco GRBW-30 buffet warmer measures 31 inches wide by 221/2 inches deep by 173/4 inches high, and its buffet-style design creates a seamless self-service station. Its clear anodized aluminum finish complements decorative or minimalist settings, while its two incandescent light bulbs highlight displayed product to grab customer attention and enhance presentation. To protect foods from airborne particulates, two plexiglass sneeze guards are implemented on both sides, while their clear structures ensure customers have a clear view of merchandised items.
