The Hatco GRAL-54 Glo-Ray® infrared strip heater warms food, while displaying it, and the pre-focused infrared heat shines on food, maintaining serving temperatures with an even heat pattern. Because the reflector resists blackening, this even heat pattern will stay consistent over time. Incandescent lights brighten food below and enhance the display, so this heater works great in buffet lines. Both the lights and heating elements are resistant to breakage, and a wire guard over the elements helps protect users from burns. To prevent sagging, the frame is made of sturdy aluminum.
