Constructed with a sturdy, extruded aluminum housing, the Hatco Glo-Ray® GRAL-42 infrared strip heater resists sagging and delivers long-lasting durability. Its 42-inch width ensures even heat distribution across the holding surface, eliminating cold spots in foodservice environments.
The tubular metal heater rod in the Hatco GRAL-42 strip warmer provides consistent, prefocused heat to maintain safe serving temperatures without overcooking. Coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product visibility, while 60-watt Teflon-coated bulbs (one per foot) safeguard food from bulb breakage. A reinforced wire guard adds operator safety, and the reflector resists blackening to maintain a consistent heat pattern.
