The Hatco GRAH-42D3 Glo-Ray dual infrared food warmer is made from aluminum and is very durable for long-term use. The pre-focused heat pattern heats from a tubular element that covers the entire holding surface. This heat holds food at a safe serving temperature without cooking it any further. The reflector does not blacken, which allows for a consistent, even heat pattern. Warmers can be mounted side by side with a 3- or 6-inch spacer, sold separately. The Hatco GRAH-42D3 Glo-Ray dual infrared food warmer is a high-wattage unit, with a recommended mounting height of 14 inches to 18 inches tall.
