Hatco GRA-72D3 Description
Keeping cooked food warm until it is served, the Hatco GRA-72D3 Glo-Ray® infrared strip heat lamp does not continue to cook or dry food out. The heat pattern is pre-focused without hot or cold spots in the holding area and stays consistent with blacken-resistant reflectors. Because it has two heater rods and a 15-inch width, this 72-inch-long unit creates a wider holding area than standard strip heaters.
Insulation is integrated into the Hatco GRA-72D3 strip warmer to minimize heat escape, while reinforced wire guards under the rods protect users from the hot surface without changing the heat distribution pattern. Its housing is made of aluminum—a durable, corrosion-resistant material that resists sagging over time. Mounting the foodwarmer is simplified because it has factory-assembled tabs.
