Designed for low-volume kitchens, the Hatco GR-36 single-rod strip warmer is meant to be installed above countertops and inside pass-thru windows to hold products at safe and appetizing serving temperatures. For use with 240-volt outlets, its Glo-Ray®-powered single-rod heating system can output 575 watts, and for simple operation, the unit has a built-in toggle switch. To increase the unit's service life, it's built with a series of blacken-resistant reflectors that focus heat and protect the unit from damage caused by prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.

The Hatco GR-36 infrared food warmer is also designed to be both cost and space effective. Its easy-to-clean, compact stainless steel housing unit measures 36 inches wide by six inches deep by 2³/₄ inches high. Inside this metal container is a layer of heavy-duty insulation that reduces heat loss to cut down on energy costs. To prevent accidents, the unit's heating element is wrapped in a simple wire cage that can reduce the chance of unintended physical contact.
