Its transparent tempered glass side panels lend customers a direct view of product. Because the front and rear are open, customers can select their purchase quickly, and employees can load products into the back. This 42¹/₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 18¹¹/₁₀₀-inch-high unit is ideal for countertop use in supermarkets, delis, gas stations, and cafeterias, and it's mounted on rigid, 4-inch legs so users can clean beneath it with ease.

Operators can organize rotisserie chicken, wrapped subs, or boxed personal pizzas on the shelves with the Hatco GR2SDH-36 display warmer's product divider rods to improve organization, and black inset panels create a neutral backdrop, elevating presentation. To ensure prepared snacks, sides, and small dishes are warm when purchased, a pre-focused infrared heating element warms the shelf's surface and disperses heat to its edge—an area where heat often escapes. The shelf's heated, hard-coated aluminum base can be adjusted from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
