As a countertop model with a pass-thru configuration, the Hatco GR2BW-66 buffet warmer measures 721/4 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high. It accommodates five 123/4-inch by 203/4-inch pans and is ideal for hotel lobbies, wedding venues, and other self-serve or buffet-style settings. For cleaning beneath the unit, it's elevated on 4-inch legs. This unit utilizes prefocused infrared top heat to minimize temperature loss around the outer edges of the holding surface.
The Hatco GR2BW-66 countertop buffet warmer is equipped with plexiglass sneeze guards that protect product from airborne particles without obstructing visibility. It features a heated base with thermostatic controls that can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal holding of various menu items. To enhance the product display, this unit is outfitted with six incandescent lights with shatter-resistant coated bulbs to reduce breaking risks.
