Hatco GR2BW-60 Description
The Hatco GR2BW-60 countertop buffet warmer is brightened with six incandescent lights to illuminate held product. The bulbs are shatter resistant, so if they break, they snap into manageable pieces that won't contaminate food. To further protect food, the unit is fitted with acrylic sneeze guards that block airborne particles. Overall, it measures 661/4 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high to fit on a countertop and accommodates four 123/4-inch by 203/4-inch food pans.
The heated base of the Hatco GR2BW-60 buffet warmer features thermostatic controls for adjustments from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To eliminate temperature loss, its infrared top heat points heat toward the outer surface edges. This unit is embellished with designer panels and corner caps, and it's made of corrosion-resistant hard-coated aluminum for strength.
