The Hatco GR2BW-54 buffet warmer accommodates four 12³/₄-inch by 20³/₄-inch food pans to enable self-service. Accessible from either side, the unit has a pass-thru design, and it fits on a countertop with its 60¹/₄-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 22-inch-high size. With a thermostatically controlled base and infrared top heat, the unit keeps foods warm and hot until serving. The top heat focuses toward the surface's outer edges to eliminate heat loss, while the base is adjustable from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

To prevent food contamination, the Hatco GR2BW-54 countertop buffet warmer is equipped with double acrylic sneeze guards and incandescent lightbulbs that have shatter-resistant bulbs for safety. The lights enhance the product display to catch the attention of customers in the area. Made of hard-coated aluminum, this unit is durable for daily use, and it's built with designer panels and corner caps for a stylish appearance.
