Hatco GR2BW-42 Description
The Hatco GR2BW-42 buffet warmer is equipped with designer end panels that provide style for use in buffet establishments. This warmer's 481/4-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 22-inch-high size fits on a countertop and accommodates three 123/4-inch by 203/4-inch pans or incremental sizes of smaller pans. Constructed of hard-coated aluminum, this unit is durable for high-volume use. Its base is heated to keep food warm and adjustable from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using thermostatic controls.
For even heating, the Hatco GR2BW-42 countertop buffet warmer utilizes infrared top heat that's prefocused to guide it directly to the outer edges. Due to the unit's pass-thru design, it can be accessed from both sides to streamline self-service. It's equipped with two acrylic sneeze guards to prevent food contamination and incandescent lights that illuminate the display.
