Hatco GR2BW-36 Description
To connect a kitchen with a buffet line, the Hatco GR2BW-36 buffet warmer has a pass-thru design that can be accessed from either side. Its two acrylic sneeze guards protect food from contamination by shielding it from airborne particles. With a hard-coated aluminum construction, this unit is durable and corrosion resistant, while its designer end panels and corner caps provide a sleek, stylish look. Sized for countertop use, it measures 421/4 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high and accommodates two 123/4-inch by 203/4-inch food pans.
The Hatco GR2BW-36 countertop buffet warmer's heated base is equipped with thermostatic controls for adjustments from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To minimize temperature loss, its infrared top heat guides heat to the outer edges of the holding surface. Product is illuminated with two incandescent lights, which include shatter-resistant bulbs to reduce injuries and prevent food contamination.
