This Hatco GR2BW-24 Glo-Ray® Designer buffet warmer releases heat from its top and base to eliminate cold spots while holding prepared dishes. Operators can modify the hard-coated aluminum base from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the unit's thermostat. The top-mounted prefocused infrared heat minimizes heat loss by directing elevated temperatures toward the shelf's outer edges. This unit accommodates a full-size food pan and includes black inset panels to separate various contents for organized presentation.
Two incandescent lights highlight the Hatco GR2BW-24 buffet warmer's interior to grab customer attention and improve visibility of displayed products. The bulbs' shatterproof design also protects against breakage for food safety. Two plexiglass sneeze guards integrated on each side of the unit protect foods from airborne particulates without blocking the customer’s view of merchandised items. To complement common interiors in cafeterias, restaurants, cafes, and buffets, its sleek, modern design features a clear anodized aluminum finish with black corner caps. Its open pass-thru configuration can connect a kitchen to a serving area or dining room to streamline pan loading and removal.
