Hatco FSHC-17W2 Description
To access food pans from both sides of the Hatco FSHC-17W2 mobile heated cabinet, it's built with a pass-thru design. Its universal slides can accommodate 17 sheet pans or 34 steam table pans, which can be adjusted in 11/2-inch increments depending on need. Because this unit is fully insulated, it properly retains heat and energy to ensure optimal product temperatures. The doors are made of clear Lexan® to provide an interior view, and the unit is made of durable stainless steel.
The Hatco FSHC-17W2 full-height heated cabinet measures 2519/20 inches wide by 351/10 inches deep by 733/5 inches high. Equipped with 5-inch casters, this unit is mobile to enable employees to roll it from the kitchen to the dining room. The temperature can be monitored on a digital display and adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls.
