The Hatco FSHC-12W2 1201 humidified holding cabinet has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This model features a digital temperature readout that gives a precise reading for temperature monitoring. The holding cabinet is designed to hold up to 12 sheet pans or 24 steam table pans at once. The water reservoir has a capacity of 2 gallons for providing a humidified environment for product.

This model has two Lexan, pass-thru doors that provide a clear view of the interior products and allow the operator to easily access products from both sides. The unit’s door can be used with a right or left hinge, so it fits in well in most kitchens. The Hatco FSHC-12W2 1201 humidified holding cabinet has fully insulated doors, sidewalls, top, bottom, and control panel that assist in keeping heat in the chamber.
