Hatco FR2-4B Description
When water levels get too low, the Hatco FR2-4B Hydro-Heater food rethermalizer heater shuts off to prevent heating element damage, and its spiral heating element is wrapped around the flow tube to prevent direct contact with water that could otherwise cause it to collect sediment and lime. Intended for supplying temperature-controlled water to top-mounted bain maries and food rethermalizers, it uses free-flow technology for efficient operation. Adjustable from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it's fitted with electronic controls, and its digital display provides a temperature readout so users can ensure foods are heated and held at safe serving temperatures.
The Hatco FR2-4B bain marie heater has a resilient stainless steel front that's bend and rust resistant. With a powder-coated body, it's protected from peeling, chipping, and flaking to maintain its appearance over time. This unit measures 7.75 inches wide by 17.06 inches deep by 12.36 inches high and has a drain outlet to simplify cleaning.
