Hatco FR2-4 Description
This Hatco FR2-4 rHydro-Heater rethermalizer heater measures 73/4 inches wide by 171/16 inches deep by 129/25 inches high to fit beneath a bain marie or food rethermalizer. Its powder-coated body offers flake resistance, while its stainless steel front is durable for commercial use. To defend the heating element against water exposure, which could create sediment and lime buildup, it's wrapped around the flow tube's exterior. This unit powers off when water levels drop to an unsafe level to further protect the heating elements.
The Hatco FR2-4 bain marie heater supplies warm water to a top-mounted bain marie or food rethermalizer with free-flow technology for responsive operation. A digital display offers a readout of the water temperature to ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures, while electronic controls enable adjustment from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is equipped with a drain outlet to facilitate cleaning. .
