Hatco FR2-3 Description
The Hatco FR2-3 bain marie heater is designed to provide temperature-controlled water to a sink above it using efficient free-flow technology. To ensure food rethermalizers and bain maries are holding foods at safe serving temperatures, it includes a digital display, while its electronic controls enable adjustment from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. For heating element protection, its spiral heating element is wrapped outside the tubular water chamber's flow tube so it doesn't contact water. The low-water cutoff system shuts off this unit if water levels get too low.
The Hatco FR2-3 food rethermalizer heater measures 73/4 inches wide by 171/16 inches deep by 129/25 inches high. For cleaning, it includes a drain outlet to remove water from the chamber quickly. Its powder-coated body is peel and chip resistant, and its front is made of durable stainless steel that resists rusting and corroding.
