Hatco FR2-3 Description
To provide warm water to a bain marie or food rethermalizer, the Hatco FR2-3 Hydro-Heater food rethermalizer heater uses free-flow technology that moves water from the holding vessel into the heater for efficient operation. Its electronic temperature controls can be adjusted between 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and feature a digital display that provides an accurate readout for monitoring. When water levels drop unexpectedly, the system cuts off automatically to protect it from damage, and its tubular water chamber includes a spiral heating element around the flow tube's exterior to prevent the elements from coming into direct contact with water.
The Hatco FR2-3 bain marie heater is built with a drain outlet to facilitate emptying and cleaning. The front is made of stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion and is durable for high-volume use, while its body is powder coated to resist peeling and chipping. Overall, this unit measures 73/4 inches wide by 171/16 inches deep by 129/25 inches high.
