To prevent customers and delivery services from waiting in line to retrieve orders, the Hatco Flav-R 2-Go® F2GB-23-C food locker system features six lockers that remain magnetically locked until users enter their code to retrieve their food. A 10-inch touchscreen system on the operator side enables users to input customer information and a correlating code. Customers can enter their unique code into the customer-facing touchscreen interface to unlock their compartment as LED lights flash to indicate the locker with their order. To accommodate variously sized packaged food, each locker measures 12 inches by 20¹/₂ inches by 12 inches.

Each compartment in the Hatco F2GB-23-C built-in food locker system has a heated base and comes preheated at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust heat to reach temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and for foods that don't need to be heated prior to pickup, the heat can be turned off to establish an ambient storage environment. The lockers have correlating timers that ensure the compartments don't hold food for longer than 45 minutes. This 44¹/₈-inch-wide by 22⁷⁷/₁₀₀-inch-deep by 49⁵⁷/₁₀₀-inch-high locker can be mounted to the wall using the included mounting bracket. To blend in with established decor in casual dining and fast food restaurants, it comes in black. While the lockers' white interiors create a stark contrast to the unit's exterior, this sleek design includes an antimicrobial coating that slows microbial growth between cleanings.
