The Hatco CWB-S3 drop-in refrigerated food well accommodates three full-size food pans placed lengthwise. Great for prechilled fruits, pasta salad, or refrigerated desserts, this unit's cold-wall construction uses R-513A refrigerant to produce and maintain safe temperatures without drying the contents out. Its angled interior wall configuration blankets the pans uniformly with cold air, and the insulated sides and base preserve chill in warm settings. Employees can set temperatures with the corresponding electronic temperature control as inventory is rotated, and to eliminate frost accumulation, it's equipped with an automatic defrost mechanism.

The Hatco CWB-S3 refrigerated food well is a slim, top-mounted unit measuring 69¹⁹⁄₁₀₀ inches wide by 18⁴⁷⁄₅₀ inches deep by 26¹⁄₂₅ inches high. For a cohesive, integrated appearance on food bars and self-service lines, this aluminized steel unit can be dropped in a cutout as large as 68⁴⁄₂₅ inches wide by 17⁴⁷⁄₅₀ inches deep. Its condensing unit includes a sight glass, service valves, a dryer/filter, and a receiver, and it can be rotated 180 degrees to adjust venting and ease installation. To create a convenient workstation, it can also be moved left in 4⁴³⁄₅₀-inch increments. This unit's 1-inch NPT brass drain simplifies cleanup after use.
