Hatco CSBFP-36-I Description
The Hatco CSBFP-36-I cold shelf is ideal addition to convenience stores, buffets, cafeterias, or ice cream parlors as it features a drop-in-ready design consisting of a flush aluminum cold plate and a separated compressor built into its base. The unit slides into the prepared cutout, is plugged into an outlet via the 6-foot NEMA plug, and can be programmed to output the desired temperature via the electronic controller.
To reduce condensate development and the transfer of cold to surrounding cabinetry, the Hatco CSBFP-36-I frost top’s frame is reinforced with thermal breaks. The condensing system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which serves as a safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. Overall, the cold shelf’s surface measures 36 inches wide by 191/2 inches deep and is accessible from all sides.
