Hatco CSBFP-24-S Description
The Hatco CSBFP-24-S frost top features a 24-inch wide by 24-inch deep hard-coated aluminum surface—ideal for holding prepared appetizers and side dishes. Its drop-in design enables installation into a prepared cutout. The compressor is fitted with a 4-foot lead wire and a NEMA 5-15P plug for quick plug-and-play application. To set the desired holding temperature, staff must use the electronic control box.
To prevent condensate development and temperature transfer, the Hatco CSBFP-24-S frost top is built with thermal breaks within its frame. The condenser uses R290 refrigerant for safe, efficient operation. Ideal application of this shelf is installation into buffets, cafeterias, ice cream parlors, or breakfast establishments to help hold food at proper temperatures.
