Designed for convenient placement beneath a sink, the Hatco 3CS-9B sanitizing sink heater measures 8 inches wide by 17¹³⁄₁₀₀ inches deep by 12⁶³⁄₁₀₀ inches high. For flexibility, it's compatible with pot and pan sinks, compartment sinks, and bar sinks with square areas between 21 and 25 inches. When connected to a 140-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water source, this heater provides a continuous supply of 180-degree-Fahrenheit water for sanitizing wares.

The Hatco 3CS-9B sink heater is equipped with a unique tubular system that safeguards the heating elements from damage caused by hard water. For simplicity, this unit has an on/off toggle switch, a yellow power indicator light, and a built-in side drain. Its red over-temp indicator light and emergency cut-off mechanism prevent employees from using water that exceeds safe temperatures. To streamline cleaning and provide durability, it features a stainless steel front with a powder-coated silver hammer-tone body.
