Hatco 17W-SLIDE Description
Compatible with 12-pan and 17-pan Flav-R-Savor® humidified holding cabinets, the Hatco 17W-SLIDE pan slides can be used to switch the unit's pan configuration or increase its pan-holding capacity. Because they're universal, the slides accommodate both full-size sheet pans and full-size steam table pans. Once they're installed in the unit, these slides can be adjusted on 11/2-inch centers to reach the desired pan configuration.
