The Hamilton Beach HVCP40810 vacuum seal bags can hold poultry, fish, and beef, keeping them fresh during storage until they are served. To prevent air from entering the bags, they can be closed tightly with a vacuum sealer of any brand. Because the bags are made of PE and PA, they won't rip or tear, and they withstand temperatures as high as 249 degrees Fahrenheit.
