Hamilton Beach HMI021 Description
The Hamilton Beach HMI021 BigRig™ immersion blender uses ThumbDrive™ technology to adjust the speed between 3,000-15,000 RPM. A color-coded light on this feature instantly displays the blender's status, and the unit runs continuously for high-volume blending. This blender measures 81/2 inches wide by 44/5 inches deep by 391/2 inches high and has a blending volume of 42 gallons. Enabling versatile use, it can puree, chop, emulsify, and mix.
Providing organization in storage, the Hamilton Beach HMI021 versatile speed blender has a wall-mount hanger with a cord holder for the 12-foot-long cord. For a secure grip during operation, the shaft grip is 21 inches in length and includes an ergonomic two-position handle for comfortable blending. The unit as well as the blade are made of resilient stainless steel, while the blade is protected with a guard to reduce injury risks.
