The Hamilton Beach 96700 electric juicer has a heavy-duty metal housing that withstands daily use. To reduce the risk of tipping, it has a low center of gravity. Its spout is 8.5 inches from the counter, so it can accommodate different sizes of containers. It has three reinforced reamers: small for lemons and limes, medium for oranges, and large for grapefruits. The dome lid doubles as a splash guard, minimizing spills. The Hamilton Beach 96700 electric juicer has a simple on/off push-button switch to operate, and its quiet motor reduces noise production.

"I work at a breakfast restaurant and we fresh squeeze orange and grapefruit every day. Not only is this machine extremely messy, but we aren't getting our maximum juice from it! We are getting literally half of what we got out of our last juicer. I am in contact with Hamilton Beach right now about how dissatisfied I am. Our last juicer lasted us more than 3 years but replacement parts were so expensive, when this model was suggested to us I jumped at the chance. It ended up being a big mistake and now our cost on our juice is thru the roof! I would not recomend this to anybody who juices in mass quantities. Isn't that what a commercial juicer should do?"
