The Weston 65-0401-W vacuum sealer can be used in food preservation applications, as well as sous vide cooking. Creating a closed seal ideal for immersion baths or sanitary storage, the machine takes food bags and sucks out the air. A 15-inch seal bar gives the sealer the ability to handle large bags for bulk food needs. While its manual mode is good for delicate items, the one-touch automatic mode puts the sealer to work as users work on other tasks kitchen tasks. A set of LED sealing lights indicate the progress of the cycle.
