The Hamilton Beach 48464 1⁄2-gallon, low-volume coffee brewer makes and stores 12 cups of coffee, keeping it warm and fresh for as long as 4 hours. Because it has a push bar, this brewer eliminates the need for a carafe and enables one-handed dispensing. The tank can be removed for filling, and the control panel can be programmed to automatically brew coffee at a specific time.

"I've bought this same coffee pot every few years. I love having the fresh taste instead of burned taste from glass pots. I've had 4 in the past 10 years. Mine have never leaked. They do need to be kept clean, like everything else we own & use daily. Washing the inside is fairly simple."

"I'm a daily coffee drinker and can't stand the burnt coffee taste!! For one I have to restart this coffee pot 2-3 times to get it to use the full 12 cups of water, and two, this machine still burns the coffee!!! After about an hour there's that familiar burnt taste starting. After two hours I won't even drink it anymore. This does not work even close to as advertised. So sorry Hamilton Beach but you really dropped the ball on this one. Any coffee pot with a heating element in the coffee, will burn the coffee."
