Great for back-of-house holding, the Delfield N227P drop-in ice cream freezer can accommodate (12) 1-gallon tubs of ice cream. For convenient product access, it has a removable cover with a built-in handle, and it has a durable stainless steel interior. Because it's insulated with high-density polyurethane, the cabinet is strong and minimizes heat transfer. It is a drop-in unit designed to fit in a 29 31⁄50-inch by 29 31⁄50-inch cutout.
