The Delfield GCF1P-SH Coolscapes™ single-section reach-in freezer has three wire shelves that are coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. LED cabinet lighting brightens the interior, so staff members can easily find what they need. The interior has a coated aluminum construction for durability, while the exterior front is made of stainless steel to simplify cleaning. There are two half-height doors with smart hinges that withstand regular, heavy use. At 90 degrees or less, the doors automatically close to keep cold air inside the cabinet, but they stay open for loading product and cleaning the interior if opened past 90 degrees.

The refrigeration system in this Delfield GCF1P-SH Coolscapes one-section reach-in freezer is top mounted, so it maximizes space inside the cabinet and separates the components from floor debris. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used to produce the cold temperatures that range from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital temperature display on the exterior helps the operator keep track of the interior conditions. If the temperature exceeds or drops below the ideal range, visual alarms alert staff.
