Delfield GAHRT1-S Description
To streamline loading and retrieval pan racks, the Delfield GAHRT1-S Specification Line® heated cabinet features a roll-thru configuration that enables operators to roll a pan rack into the front or back of the single-section unit with the stainless steel ramp. The interior measures 30 inches wide by 317/10 inches deep to accommodate a pan rack comfortably. A solid, full-height door is built into the front and back of the unit, closing automatically when opened at or less than 90 degrees. When opened more than 90 degrees, the doors locks in an open position. The interior, front, and sides are made of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the unit measures 34 inches wide by 363/20 inches deep by 891/200 inches high.
Heating elements located behind the Delfield GAHRT1-S roll-thru heated cabinet's vertical ducts warm product evenly and produce temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure food is held in a safe warming environment. Insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, temperatures are preserved, even in cool or warm ambient environments. Operators can manage temperatures with the digital exterior temperature display and adjust temperatures with the easyTouch® Control feature. If temperatures rise or drop unexpectedly, a visual temperature alarm notifies the operator.
